Christoph is an active member of several professional organizations, including the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC), the Swiss Society for Anaesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine (SSAPM), the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia & Pain (ESRA), and the Association of Swiss Outpatient Anaesthesiologists (ASOPA). He also serves as a member of the Congress Organization Committee for the SSAPM, specifically contributing to the planning and execution of the Swissanaesthesia congress.

Training and certification
IIn 1990, Christoph obtained his medical degree from the University of Basel in Switzerland, alongside his Doctorate of Medicine from Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. He completed his entire medical training in Switzerland, where he earned the Swiss Medical Association (Foederatio Medicorum Helveticorum, FMH) qualifications in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine in 2000. Additionally, Christoph achieved his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2006 from the International University of Geneva, Switzerland.
Personal interests

Christoph has brown belt status in Jin Jung Kwan Hapkido (a Korean martial art) and is a keen participant in equestrian sports. He speaks German, French, Italian, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
